Kate McGee, MSc. | Founder and CEO
Kate McGee, an accomplished development consultant harnessing extensive global public policy expertise cultivated in major cities. With a remarkable track record, she played a pivotal role in entitling and developing 3,500+ residential units and 1.7 million sq ft of institutional space in San Francisco. Guided by experiences in Vancouver and London, Kate's approach focuses on sustainability and social equity. Operating from the U.S., she brings a wealth of knowledge to craft innovative solutions for clients. Kate is a Board member of Lambda Alpha International, and serves on SPUR’s housing policy board and the Housing Action Coalition’s Regulatory and Project Review Committees. Kate is a licensed realtor, registered permit consultant, and lobbyist.

Andrea Crawford, B.A., CFRE | Funding Advisor
Andrea, CEO and nonprofit fundraising and management professional with experience in capital projects, strategy development, family office capital deployment and public bond oversight for affordable housing projects. Founder of A.M. Crawford, Inc. Andrea supports nonprofits in strengthening relationships with funders. Andrea serves as Vice Chair on the Citizens' General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee in San Francisco and is a founding board member of the Greater Bay Area Chapter of the Grant Professionals Association. As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Andrea brings her extensive background in marketing and nonprofit development to guide and oversee capital and programmatic projects.

Jonathan Stern | Development Advisor
Jonathan is a development & planning professional steeped in affordable housing & public-private partnerships. He spent five years at BRIDGE Housing, a non-profit builder, leading efforts to acquire, entitle, and build permanently affordable housing. He served 10 years in the public sector, leading major real estate transactions and public/private partnerships in the University of California system and at the Port of San Francisco. Previously, he was a Principal at BAE Urban Economics – an economic consultancy – evaluating demographics, markets, and real estate feasibility. He lives in Berkeley, CA with his wife and (occasionally) three young adult children.

Erevan O’Neill, B.S., P.E. | Structural Engineer
Erevan O’Neill, structural engineer and founder/principal engineer of ONE Design, specializes in residential and commercial remodels & design, seismic retrofits, temporary shoring, inspections and feasibility studies. Erevan has worked on numerous projects in the Bay Area since 2005. Inspired by architects like Santiago Calatrava, Erevan champions breaking down walls between engineering and design to unleash creativity. With almost twenty years immersed in San Francisco's engineering and design landscape, Erevan seamlessly guides clients through project permitting, and is a creative force in synthesizing form and function in clients’ projects.
